Ripped off, verbally abused, hung up on, and somehow they have my computer and I am out $700!

I have never complained about a company ever on a website, nor have I ever even thought of getting an attorney. But I have had a terrible experience at gain saver and now they have blocked me from their site. They hang up when I call and are so rude it leaves me speechless. From the start, my customer service was terrible. I was sent two computers, neither of which worked. When I would go to return them, they would say I did not have a warranty. Then I would have to argue how I did have one. Then the third computer I was sent had a crack in it near the plug in site. It made it so it would not charge. I sent it back for repair. They did not contact me so I filed another customer servcie slip asking why they did not contact me (UPS said it was delivered). I got an email saying it had arrived broken and wasnt packed right. It had been padded and boxed up well. They said I needed to sign a waiver or they would not send it back to me. The waiver says they are exonerated from the damages. Meanwhile, I called to understand the damages and they accused me of dropping it... Which never happened... And was a different story than the email they sent. I asked for photos or proof. They refused. I spoke with UPS and they said it was not dropped. I called again. The woman was so rude to me that I asked for a manager. He was worse. He told me I would never be compensated, that I would never get the computer until I signed the waiver, spoke to me terribly and when I defended myself, told me he was blocking me from the site and hung up on me! I have no idea what to do next. I did file a claim with the better business bureau.
