CPU Parts International/Aieon Enterprises/Redwood Tech Consulting complaint - Fraudulent Company

Well, it looks like I am another person who is added to the list of those who purchased a computer and is still waiting to receive it. I actually did my research and at the time this so called company did have a certificate of good standing. Like many others I thought the company looked ligit and decided to order from them.

On May 2th I ordered a PC from these people for 379.00. It is now two months later, and still nothing. My original ship date was June 15th, and then June 30th and then July 1st. Well, it turns out that I was sent something but somehow FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. After contacting the company on July 12th, I was told that I a new shipment would be sent out within 48 hours. I'm still waiting. I have sent them dozens of emails, tried the live chat, and even found a "customer service" number - 501-779-2698 - where I could call.

I contacted them several times and the last time they gave me a tracking number for my shipment. The tracking number was correct, however, Fed Ex confirmed that the only thing that had been done was that a shipping label had been created. Nothing had been picked up. Since then, I have tried to contact them several times but have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I have gotten no responses to any of my emails, live chat, or voicemails requesting my money back.

At this point, all I want is a refund. Is that too much to ask for?
