Don't deliver items - don't reply back

I put my purchase on July 18th, and after this is March 12, I've not got my package till today. Do they really market products, I suppose they're only a site to loot our hard earned cash. They do not actually place some accountable individual online to ensure that I will keep in touch with him and inform him how have I been placed on store without providing my package for a few months that also after I taken care of "show delivery-including insurance policy."

I'd no concept from the phrase show shipping they intended it'll take forever to achieve the package. Please recommend me the clear answer the moment possible. Please inform me when they really the package or their is just a chance of refunding the total amount.

Kindly note I've been sending them for over 2 weeks. They do not set some accountable individual responsible for this situation and have him to-go through the entire tale and deliver the package or return the total amount within 2-3 times. I've been waiting quite patiently for that package but sadly I've got nothing and feel robbed.

Please advise if their is just a way to avoid it.
