Ripoff after I purchased the software and it didn't work for me, they told me I would recieve a refund in 48 hr. That was June 11/04 Nationwide

Ordered software package for 59.95. After I tried to us it, it deleted my provider. I email them and they said I would recieve a refund in 48 hours. That was June 11.
