Ayya Wear LLC, Ayya Custom tabi boots completed, but never sent! $438 spent & zero customer service

Back in August of I ordered a pair of custom spiral tabi boots. I was really excited, as I'd wanted a pair for years. Specifically a pair that they'd created in the past. I referenced that pair in my notes on the order. The total initially came to $368.

My mom had given me an Ayya Wear gift certificate for $100, so I used that with the order, bringing my personal credit card charge to $268. That was back on August 22nd.

The boots I ordered but never received from AyyaWear The day after I made my order, I was informed by their representative that the pair in I had referenced was actually taller than normal and a specific color combo, and thus a bit more expensive. If I wanted that exact pair, I'd need to pay the additional $.
