The Official Arc Computers Complaint

The arc computers are the worst that we bought from and they will make you pay for the damaged components they put and never get any refunds back when things go wrong. We initially paid them the first lot of $2,600 and just 1 hour after use when they delivered after dark and late as usual.

Very unreliable company and the computer all of a sudden became death with virus and killed it. The shop manager knew about it and told us to bring it back the next day and they'll have a look at it. After that, they demanded upgrades and no replacement what so ever, even it has 1 year warranty on it. They completely sold us used parts and all and was not happy with it.

I suggest you avoid it completely. We spent them over $4,000 in total and not once we got nothing back. We did fair trading, they still broke the rules and they still never give what we want and they were very rude to us. This fair trading was set up by Mr Howe in Liverpool Fair Trading with Mr Stan Huh which Stan goes by the name of Stan Li in the shop, he could have changed it by now to avoid issues.

They also make you pay for the damaged components they put in the system and demand upgrades only when things go wrong. They also make you pay for extra items when unexpected on the invoice, because, they don't care. All they care about is the money and not products and not the customers. They will still make you pay even after the fair trading is dealt and take things that belongs to you which you paid for.

They are still operating and still ripping people off. Once again, my apology goes to The usacomplaints.com about all this, I just want to make a new one and better one, avoid the other one, because it's bad experience I had. I also have forward the issue to www.scamwatch. Gov.Au in Australia as well, which involves the ACCC.

This complaint will be valid and we still have all documents and photos. As of today the 22/02 at 2:00am.
