I called for assistance on my computer which has a dark screen. I was told that my computer was out of warranty after being transfered to a hardware supervisor. My entire call was painful as I could not understand the people assisting me. This computer is only 2 years old and all of the sudden my screen just got dark. I can see that the computer is working it is the screen that is out. I was then told it would be $495.00 to fix it. Really???

This company doesn't care about solutions or repeat customers. I purchased two of these computers at the same time. And both of them have been nothing but a problem.

The computers were loaded with Vista which I questioned at the time of purchase and was told they would be fine... Funny that Vista is not even an option any more for an operating system. I work hard and paid a lot of money for these computers. And now I have to replace them. You can bet I won't replace them with HP's!!!
