DrivesShop.com Charged me for a hard drive, didn't ship it, promised refund, and didn't give refund

On January 18th, I ordered a 2 TB hard drive from DrivesShop.com for $59 including tax and shipping. My card was charged immediately.

A week and a half later (1/27), I still hadn't received my product or a shipping tracking number. I called the various numbers on the drivesshop.com website: 866-264-8692,646-558-5788, and 646-558-5789. I did not get an answer. I kept getting "not working" or busy signals or voicemail boxes. Eventually after numerous calls, I got through to a living person, who could hardly speak English (not their fault of course but it made it hard to understand them). They told me that I would get an email with the tracking number and that I would receive my product on Monday. I thanked them and then let it rest.

On the next Monday (1/30), I got home expecting to see my hard drive.instead, there was nothing there. I got an email from them that day regarding a "Refund Confirmation". The reason listed was, and I quote: "the parts was defective". I called multiple times and did not get through to them.

The next day, Tuesday 1/31, I called their number numerous times and finally got through to someone. They told me that the part was unavailable at the moment, and through the 15 minute call, I was told that my refund will be deposited into my bank account within 3 business days, and that I would receive an email the next week regarding re-ordering my hard drive along with a coupon for free shipping since I needed the hard drive on 2/8.

The next week came. I hadn't gotten my refund, hard drive, or any email. I have been trying to reach them almost every day since then (for two weeks) and have not been able to get through to a single person. I really need the refund, and I would really like to have the hard drive. I at the very least need my refund ASAP, and am very upset with my inability to contact them.

I also have tried calling the Go4Drives numbers (it is the same company since DrivesShop refers to go4drives and that's who charged my card number). Those numbers are 877-436-8836,347-338-2160, and 347-338-2161.
