Scammed and Ripped Off!

I started off loving pin up girl website. It was recommended to me by a friend. My first purchase was great. The item was shipped to me overnight, and it fit great. My second, not so much. On Decemeber 12th, I ordered a $160 dress. Count in shipping and taxes, and we are talking about $200.00. It shipped to me in about a week. When I received the dress, it was HUGE. Way longer than it said it was, the fabric was heavy, almost like upholstery, and just did not fit.

I tried it on once, it went back in the packaging, and it was taken to UPS to be sent back. A week past, so I contacted them. They said they had not received my dress. 2 weeks, nothing. 3 weeks! Nothing. Thank god i found my tracking receipt. When I tracked the order it said it had delivered 5 days after I had sent it, also signed for by someone at their desk. I was mad, but I was still going to exchange it. Here is where the real problems began. They said they would not exchange it because I had not returned it in the allotted time. THEY LOST IT!

A couple weeks pass and I get an email from them saying not only will I not receive a refund, but no store credit either. They claimed the dress came back smelling of perfume and that it looked as though it had been worn numerous times. You can imagine how ENRAGED I became at this point. I sent a very UNHAPPY email. Another WEEK later, customer service came back to me saying there would be no refund. I have demanded pictures of the dress to prove how it has been "worn".

Well guess what... No response and its been over a week. I have sent reminders. I have had enough. This company is a ripoff. They are complete scam artists. Do not buy from them. If I do not get a refund I will be going to the BBB.
