Horrible Customer Service & Charged Card After Cancelling

I ordered a dress and a shirt in mid-April. The shirt was backordered, but the dress was in stock. After 4 weeks, I called to see why it wasn't here yet. They said they were backed up and it would go out the next week. The next week I called again and they said it had NOT gone out, but would within a few days. I told them to cancel the order and they said they could NOT cancel it because the company had sold!

I then started sending emails to cancel the order, getting the usual blanket response saying someone would get in touch with me within 24 hours. I sent 6 of those emails, and never did anyone respond. Then I got an email this week saying the dress had shipped! And today they charged my card, which threw me into an overdraft. I called customer service again and she assured me that she would cancel the backordered item, but there was nothing she could about the dress since it had already shipped. As soon as I receive the dress I will immediately return it for a refund, but somehow I see more problems with that! I will never do business with these people again.
