Premium payment is worthless. The top banner still has ads for IncrediMail and they regularly dump ads and ads for 'Add-ons' onto your computer. We are a non-profit which paid for two programs

Our Non-profit paid for several of these programs.incredimail continues to send ads to our desktop, trying to sell more of their associated products and add-ons which should have been in the original.

As stated by others, support is very poor, if existent (NOT... Most of the time). No response to the last two.

Mail has disappeared and cannot be salvaged! Banner at the top of the paid (premium) program has more ads which you can not delete.

I tried 'saving' the settings as finally found in the FAQ, not tech support, and tried to re-install twice. That was as much of a joke as the program has become. Maybe it is because they fail to provide any reasonable instructions regarding what seems to be a special method of pre-removal saving of the license, rather than being able to simply entering into the newlyy installed program.

Finally, the un-install will never remove primary program data... And does NOT even allow that choice!

What a waste of money!!!
