Major failure to repair, recognize long, term problems or agree to provide phone contact internet only ripoff nationwide

I have had Incredimail installed on my computers in Keystone Heights, FL and Jacksonville, FL for 2 or 3 years. Both worked well for about a year or so. Then began the self-destruction process by Incredimail which must be built into their program. I have had nothing but problems which have never been resolved or corrected even with their alleged "uninstall" and "reinstall" instructions several times. They are blaming the problems on MY computer and MY programs although they have been/were installed at the time Inredimail was purchased for $100 each to get "all" features. I have met several people who have simply gotten rid of Incredimail for good. I, too, had the regular Junk Filter feature which came with the program until they decided to delete it and offer a $40 program in its place. They claimed is was not part of the original program, but a gratituity they provided for a while at no cost. They must think we just fell off the proverbial Turnip Truck. I was thrilled to find a site where I could VENT.
