Incredimail Ltd - BizdevIncredimail Ltd Bizdev Company would not let me use lifetime license on new compute

I purchased a license for incredimail premium for $29.95 and when my computer crashed I wasnt able to use the same license number.

The help pages for incredimail says if you need to use the same license you first need to go online and remove the license code first. I would like to know how Im suppose to go online and do so if my computer is crashed. It's like they think I knew that the computer was gonna crash ahead of time.

I tried several times to reach them but when I call the number that I ordered with, they tell me that they are a seperate company that takes orders only, and that they dont have a number for customer service. They did give me this email purchase@incredimail.com to reach someone for help but no one ever replies. I tried several times and even threatened them with reporting them on here.
