Selling defective items and refusing to correct

Dell Computers sold me a unit January. After only a few months computer started going down. After many tech visits without correcting problem company refused to correct until after I contacted BBB. Replacement unit has quit working properly after approx. 6 months of use. I purchased a 3 year in home extended warrenty for the first unit to be transfered, according to the, to the 2nd.
Attempts to resolve problem on-line have failed. Since I cannot understand anything the phone customer service people say I am done.
