EGlobal Electronics NO credit for returned merchandise

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are a scam rip-off. All their positive reviews are from their own in-house people.

I ordered 3 mini-netbook computers with-wi-fi, 3 2G-SD cards, 3 1-year warranties, and 3 soft sleeve cases for the computers for Christmas gifts on December 1.

The order was accepted on December 14.

The order was shipped on December 21.

The order was received on December 29th Late for Christmas.

It took one month to deliver products that were advertised to be in-stock.

All 3 computers have outdated Win-XP software that can't be upgraded. All 3 computers have obsolete IE browser that can't be upgraded. Can't log-on to Google without getting "obsolete browser, please upgrade" errors.

Returned ALL the merchandise with approved RMA for credit.

Warranties and shipping (FREE) are NOT refundable, and the charge a 25% return fee.

They kept my 3 soft sleeve cases and gave NO credit, no explanation. They do not reply to questions posted to my account. They do not answer phone calls. They do not call back when you leave a message.

Contacted my VISA company and they are looking in to it.
