Returned merchandise as intstructed for refund no refund no return calls or emails

I purchased software from this company in December. The software did not perform as advertised.

I returned the product as per there instructions. Was told I would get a refund becasue they could not supply the software I needed.

I have emailed them 14 times and called and left messages 22 times. No one responds.

These people are crooks!
