I purchased BiosAgent Plus to assist me with installing a Bios update. There was some confusion over where to get an update; the pc manufacturer, the motherboard manufacturer, the Bios software company AMI.

After installing the software to ID my bios, I never received an update. No contact what so ever. After two weeks of this I attempted to cancel the $29.95 charge for this non - service with the PayPal resolution center. I (and PayPal) then received an email claiming they had emailed me multiple times. (I got the email claiming previous emails. Duh)

Bottom line is there was no Bios update available for motherboard. So what do I get for my money?

The software offers updates for other software on your system but so does Windows.
