Cleverbridge BIOSAgent Plus software is a scam

I wish I had found the previous report on this site regarding BIOSAgent Plus. The software program will inform you that critical updates are available before you pay $29.95. After paying through Paypal, 2 days later I recieved an e-mail stating that there is no update however I have 1 year of free access to their database.in essence, this company will tell you that they have something to get your money when, in fact, they do not. I finally received the following reply after initiating a Paypal dispute:

How is this a scam? If BIOSAgentPlus detects that there is a BIOS update for your PC and we determine that one is not available, we happily provide refunds to our customers.

That being said, you have already put a claim in with PayPal so there is no reason to refund the money here if you are already getting it back from PayPal.

You should have came to us first, you would probably have received your money back sooner letting us provide you with a refund rather than filing a dispute with PayPal.

These people have stolen $29.95 as they refuse to refund it. They are abusing the Paypal buyer protection program by acknowledging that Paypal will pay it.
