This is a company that locks you in to an automatic renewal. Never worked to begin with. Then when they notified me of automatic renewal I cancelled immediately. However, after 4 months of emails to the company (no other way to contact) they have refused to issue a refund of the $30 charge. Cancellation notice was emailed to them the day I received the notice which was 3 days after they extended and charged my credit card. Total rip off. Not even a response to me requests!
