Automatic Renewal

This company has a pretty strict no refund policy which is fine except that they have auto renewal on upon check out, So if you are not internet savvy and do not know about this feature you will get charged for a 1 year package just after your introductory signup. You can not contact billing via any phone numbers, or directly you must have an active account to do so.

If you choose to cancel the service they will not give you a refund, I am currently disputing it with my bank. This is bad internet business on the for you should at least have the option to set up auto renewal. When you tell them that you were not interested in the automatic renewal they refer you to there terms of service.

If you sign up for this service and do not pay they will be quick to ask if you need assistance however when you ask to speak with billing you have to wait for them to respond, They have live chat for everything else except billing. This company should really look into changing there policy.

I am just another dis satisfied customer, When i told them i was going to dispute they responded with:

"Well if you dispute you will lose we have had 100s that have done this and they all lost the dispute"

My exact argument was...

Me: "I did not agree to automatic renewals";
Me: "I do not want the service due to its performance not being to my standards";

SiteGround: "Well i can offer you a downgraded package at $29.95 with a $30.00 service charge for a total of 59.99, Maybe you could use it for another project";

This all kinda reminds me of the AOL thing with the cancellation difficulties.
