I've been a Comcast client for several years. Nowadays I had a need to change my cable package because of issues. Visited my Comcast service-center within Griffin, GA simply to learn they've transferred. Not merely moved to a different area within Griffin but 45 minutes away. Comcast never delivered any notices out for their clients of this type they were shifting, merely published a little notice on the doorway they'd transferred. Upon finding this, I named to discover what I had a need to do. The broker stated they'd mail out a brand new container to get a cost of 29.00 overnight, or 9.99 for normal email. Our issue was why might I do want to either push 45 units spend costly gasoline to get the brand new container or purchase them to deliver it out because it was Comcast's choice to move. I'm MAD they have transferred & have prepared to fall Comcast the moment possible. I am sure Direct TV want to truly have a new client & offer me a far greater package than Comcast has actually attempted to provide. I presently spend a significant amount of for Comcast anyhow & they NEVER wish to create things better due to their clients. I am done & I intend to DISTRIBUTE THE TERM of this type to everybody I learn about Comcast & their HORRIBLE customer support. It is a shame for Comcast to deal with clients much-less those people which have been faithful in everyway.

Move back for this region; provide me a complete weeks reimbursement.
