I have never gotten a worse ripoff service in my entire life

I would like to advise everybody who is thinking about getting verizon dsl internet, that this is the worst service that i have ever gotten in my entire life. I requested the service a month ago, and i still haven't gotten it.

I keep calling them to see what was going on and nobody had clue, in fact, they had to restart my order 4 different times, this is without mentioning how bad the customer service personnel treats you. Must of them have no manners at all, and the way they speak to you is really unprofessional and disrespectful.

I finally decided to cancel the order and go with another internet provider, but they came out telling me that i would have to pay for it. I am wondering what are they going to charge me for since i did not receive service at all, i would say they would have to pay me for all the time wasted on the phone and for all the inconvenience of not having internet access.
