Ripoff fraud refusal to honor cancellation of contract terrible customer service Cheats & Thieves

I signed for the the free trial period with stamps.com. After, several postage stamps were mangled in my printer I wrote to stamps.com for a refund. Refunds are not available.

I decided that I did not want to stay with stamps.com, and sent them an email to cancel the contract.
Stamps.com refuses to honor my cancellation and continues to fraudulently charge my visa without authorization from me!

They sent me an email stating that my account was payable in full and if I did not pay they would turn the account over to a collection agency. And this is all for services that I have not used.

Be Warned, don't do business with these creeps.
