Ripoff, pressure! Misuse of my check route information, DISHONEST Orem

Well here comes another one on Stores On Line.
I attended the seminar, and their tactic was that it was now or never. We signed up, wrote a check for the initial payment, and went onto the payment plan. However, we made arrangements for them to be paid after the initial payment.

We went home I researched the company on the internet, using their favorite search engine Overature and discovered items about the company from Dateline, etc... Their was no direct link to the company.
I immediatley placed a stop payment on my check, and sent them a letter stating that we did not want to do business with this company.

On the first of the following month, I received a bounce charge from my bank. They had sold my check information to their finanace company. (my check was written to StoresOneLine, not their finance company) they had taken my routing numbers and began to withdraw funds without my permission.

The companys response was that they refused to accept our withdrawl from the company and that at this time they would work with us further, and had the option to withdraw this offer in the future.

We have had to close our checking account (thank god I didn't use my Visa), and are now seeking a lawyer to see what our options are.

This is not a reputable company... Search for on line business. Their prices are better... And they have the entire set your web page up tools.
