I was ready to print a sheet of stamps, and my printer did not select the right tray. The "top" tray was empty, and hence no stamps printed. My writtten request for a "refund" was denied, and so I decided to call stamps.com. The agent listened to my dilemma, and offered to credit my account with my requested postage. Problem solved! The whole matter was handled in a professional manner, to my satisfaction.
