I was having trouble with the browser lagging so I contacted tech support... I am a computer technician so i know about viruses and malware... I do not engage in activities that are going to infect my computer so when the technician told me he knew why the browser was lagging I was happy... Until he told me I had malware on my computer and he could fix it for a charge yet he had not gone through msconfig nor had he gone through my registry to see any potential malware... These ppl are ripping others off who are not literate in computers and such issues they may have and I feel the need to let others know... I asked him to let me know what malware I had on my computer and he could not do that so I tolf and told him to kiss off and I uninstalled the browser software whcih I will NEVER use again
