I already had malware on my computer, but they said it didnt work because i had 16000 errors but malware showed zero. They than didnt do anything but run malware again and tell me they fixed it, but there is no difference in my computerand i ended up paying for their software plus i had already bought malware, i am not computer smart but i know when i have been ripped off. They told me they probley could not fix it, and i would have to buy a new one, which was their scare tatics.
