I signed up for their web hosting service in November.in late December, I got an email from them saying that I was in violation of their TOS... That I allegedly had "an excessive amount of non-website related material" stored in their FTP and they shut down my website. They sent me a list of four folders where the alleged excessive materials were stored. I couldn't find the folders in the FTP.

I called their support service. The gentleman was very professional and pleasant. I explained the problem to him. He went into the FTP and could not find the folders containing the alleged excessive non-website related material. He told me to write to their legal department and explain to them that the folders containing the alleged excessive materials were not to be found on the FTP, by me or by the tech support person.

I wrote and faxed the letter to Network Solutions.
