When I bought a computer paid for the windows xp cd. When we got the computer it was loaded but you don't get to keep your cd even though you paid for it. When we called the company to complain and get what we paid for they told us that we were just "skrewed and we wouldn't get one". All we want is what we paid for. They were rude and no help at all. Beware if you get a computer from them you don't get it all. I would get it in writing first.
