Ripoff, computer was paid off, but they want me to still pay the debt cancellation Carol Stream

I purchased a computer from best buy 10/10/05 with no interest rate if paid off before 10/10/06. I paid the computer off in 08/06. I have rec'd a billing of 96.00 for debt cancellation. At the time I puchased the computer and the debt cancellation insurance it wasn't told to me when the computer was paid off I would still owe a bill with debt cancellation. I find that misleading, and the debt cancellation isn't needed now that the computer is paid off.

Best Buy is trying to rip me off. I will never use their service again and will inform all of my friend, family, co-workers and everyone I'm in contact with
