After several months of attempting to contact corporate regarding an account issue and employee complaint... I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK!

Customer service has even issued a "Ticket number" and "Corporate will call you back within 48 hours"... That was on 12/22. Today is 01/18 and They have still not called me back.
I hope you never have an issue with billing or employees because they don't care enough to call you back! I will NEVER RECOMMEND COMCAST SERVICES!!!
