Harassment on phone keep billing even though service is canceled

The service does not work. They say they are an wireless internet company. The service is deplorable and works 30% of the time. You call to complain and they say they are working on the problem. The internet does not connect most of the time. If you have Netflix it does not work because Clear does not give you an connection. They call you day and night for payment you have paid. They are harassing me even though I tell them that I have sent them checks.
They awakened me last night. They call me when I am at work.
