We have been having an ongoing issues w with Comcast for the last few months. First it was the cable boxes then it lead to a billing issue. Tonight Sharonda from comcst's MD collection department called us inregards to a past due balance of $43.00. Not only was Sharonda rude but she ws highly unprofessional. I requested to speak with a sup. When I did finally speak with a sup (MIKE #MDESSY) he accused us of not making payments in the last 3 months. Now any comcast customer knows that our services would not still be on if that was the case. At this point I became frustrated and requested for him to review the account.instead of reviewing the account he disconnected the call and then label our account as fraud. I have never been treted with such disrespect in my entire life. We hve hd services with Comcast for the last 3 years.
