Ripoff false advertisement

I ordered what was supposed to be an authentic jersey for my son using his Christmas money, on 12-25-03. They sent me confirmation e-mails stating the order was received and would be processed.

After waiting for quite a while I sent an e-mail requesting shipping information, they replied stating the post office lost there order and that they did not have our size and didn't know when they would be getting them in.

Since it was my sons money, I let him make the choice as to what to do, he wanted to wait it out.
Well, we did finally receive the jersey approximately on April 26th, and it was not what was advertised.

They argued at first, then finally said that they would replace it with the correct jersey, so I sent it back to them. They then sent me an e-mail to say that they would have their supplier ship it out direct since they had none in stock, and that it would take 7 to 10 days.
We still have not received the jersey, or a refund, and now they are not returning my e-mails. I have tried calling the phone number, but never get an answer.
