Rip-off! Claimed to sell authentic football jersies, never delivered

In December of I was on the internet researching for discounted, yet authentic, football throwback jersies. I came across a website on www.throwbacks-n-more.com. They displayed a number of appealing football jersies. The website seemed legit. I placed an order for one jersey and expected it to be shipped to my residence within the next month, as it claimed on their site. I should have thought twice when I realized their site had not included a live contact 'telephone' number. They only had an e-mail address available for ALL concerns, which seemed unusual:

Weeks and weeks passed and I have yet to have received my order. I e-mailed them several times and they always responded with the like; overwhelmed with many Christmas orders which caused the delay, will ship the jersey in the next couple of days, if you don't receive your jersey we will refund your money, we are a true, respectable and legitimate business...

It was already March and... No jersey. I e-mailed them demanding I had been ripped off and wanted a full refund. They responded, "... We will process a full refund back to your credit card..." They never responded to my following e-mails after that. I tried to visit their website again and apparently it has been "expired."
