Theft ripoff Stole 256MB Ram out of my pc

I took my pc to Johnny Smith to get it fixed. He told me it was dead and I needed to buy another one. My memory was missing when I got it home. I called him, he said that he had forgot to put it back in. I picked it up from him the same day.

I had to take my pc back to Johnny Smith. He asked me to leave it with him again. I picked the pc up the next day.
When I got home I looked inside it again. My Emachines computer that had a 256MB Ram had a Compac 64MB Ram.

I called him and told him that was not my ram in my machine he tried to tell me that Emachines buys their ram from Compac. Emachines does not use their competitors parts in their machines.

I called him back and told him if he didn't give me back my ram it would become a legal issue. He told me he does work for the Sheriffs Dept and the City Police and he didn't care who I called.

I hope this helps to keep people from getting ripped off.
