Ripoff rebate and best buy

Bought a e machine computer package 1/25/06 from best buy. The only rebate i got back was from best buy. I was told by the lexmark center that my rebate was mailed 2/20/06, please what kind of mail do they use. Emachine does not even have me in the system. This is the second emachine i have bought from best buy. Never got the first rebate last year from lexmark. Please let me know if there is ever a class action against lexmark and e machines.
