Trina, Jacqueline HCG Xtreme ripped me off for $400! For CC refund they wanted my mother's maiden name!

According to the site I had to pay just $4.95 for S&H. Ive used HCG injections before and found them very effective, so I ordered 4 bottles! The site did not let me order more than 1 bottle per account, so I opened 3 accounts under my family member names and paid by 4 credit cards.

I was lucky I DID get all 4 bottles. From the enclosed paper I learned about a $89.95 charge after 14 days (!) and continuing monthly charges. And a shocking line: If you are not fully satisfied with HCG Xtreme you may return the UNOPENED BOTTLE OF HCG ETREME (written in caps) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund!!!

Anyway, I started using the product. The next day I felt headache and dizziness, but did not connect it to the product.in a few days I was absolutely sick my blood pressure was over 160; I had a terrible headache, tremors, fatigue, was throwing up. I had to see a doctor ordered me to stop taking the drops, which I did (symptoms disappeared).

I called the company for an Authorization for a RMA, as they required, got an answering machine and after 30 minutes of waiting hung up and called all the cards to stop payments, but all of them had already been charged! I continued calling HCG every day, and finally (miracle!) got answered by Tina. I stopped autoship, got RMA and mailed boxes back.

One month later I called again and talked to Jacqueline. I gave her the tracking #, she confirmed receiving the products and said I would get refunds by checks. I insisted on a confirmation# and got it. Another month passed nothing. I called again to hear just a message with suggestion to call within working hours (which I was doing). I left a message and said I would sue them. The next day they called me back. A girl wanted CC numbers (she did not agree to 4 last digits) and MY MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME!!! Can you imagine that? I refused and she disconnected. After that when calling I keep on getting an answering machine without an option to leave a message. Help!!! I lost almost $400!
