On august 6 i purchased this product via e-mail. I received the first of two bottles about two weeks later. I received a second bottle about two months later and was bill accordingly. I called to cancel the standing order and received only a recording and left a voice mail. About a week later i received a phone call from a female from hcgxtreme. I explained to her that i wanted to cancel my standing order as per agreement. She advised me that i needed to call again and request a supervisor. I called back and could only reach an answering machine. I left several voice messages repeating that i wanted to cancel my future orders.
Since then i have not received any product but have been charged for the product each month since then. I actually only found out about the charges by accident. My own fault. I did not check my bank statements close enough. This month i found a charge that i did not recognize. I found a charge for $99.90 from a new company that i did not authorize but recognized the amount. I then back tracked month by month all of my bank charges and found the same amount charged each month from hcg xtreme for $99.99, or dropsmaxboost for $99.90

This month the charge is called elite beauty for $99.90. It was this last unknown charge that sent up flags to my attention. I checked with my bank this morning to verify my suspicions and the last charge was from an unauthorized purchase. Charges since last year were actually authorized even after i canceled or thought i had succeeded in canceling my order. I finally canceled my debit/credit card today to stop further unauthorized debits from my bank account.
