On 09/05 ordered bottle of HCG XTREME Diet Drops pursuant to the offer to ONLY PAY SHIPPING & HANDLING cost of $4.95 and had 18 days to cancel the autopay subscription from the day we receive the drops. [AT THAT TIME WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD NOT GET AN ACTUAL REFUND unless we were to return the Bottle (empty or not) after calling them AGAIN! To get a RMA no., then they will CHARGE US for the normal price of the Bottle, and when they receive the Bottle they will reimburse us for approx. $94.?? The actual cost of the Drops (but NOT the Original Shipping & Handling costs of $4.95) we returned the empty Bottle via RETURN-RECEIPT & CERTIFIED MAIL on 09/28 (WHICH COST US $6.86) and still have no signed RETURN RECEIPT BACK FROM THEM. "TRACK & CONFIRM" THRU USPS shows that they received the Bottle on 09/30 at 10:43 am DAYS PRIOR TO THE CUTOFF to return the Bottle for a refund.

now on 10/10 there is an unauthorized $44.98 check card purchase by them!

i see the only way to stop this is to place a stop pymt with my bank so this doesn’t keep happening - by the way, wells fargo charges $31 to do so!

total actual money damages: $ 4.95 6.86 44.98 31.00 = $87.79 total damages
