Best Buy customer service cannot issue receipt

I bought an iPod Shuffle from the kiosk at Minneapolis Airport. The equipment didn't matter a bill. I currently require a bill and Bestbuy hasn't had the opportunity to provide me one: I've named customer support and been moved, placed on store, and known numerous figures/divisions to try and get yourself a bill (as a whole, over 45 units about the telephone). I've not had the opportunity to talk to anybody who are able to matter me a bill.
