We never received anything in the mail! We were charged a processing fee of $3.95 4/18/04. My wife told me to call and cancel this, that she suspected something wrong. I tried to call and received busy messages from the 800 number. This week (5-4-04) there was a strange check number entered in our checking account... My wife was on it again. This time the charge was a set up fee $99.95 and monthly $39.95, for a total of $139.90. When we called this morning, the phone number had been disconnected. Scammed!
