Ripoff fraudlent billing

I noticed an automatic debit from my checking account for a company called UTalk which I had never heard of. I contacted my financial institution and requested these automatic deductions be stopped. I had to pay a $15 fee to put a stop pay because I had sent an e-mail to UTalk advising them I did not have any account with them and wanted these deductions to stop immediately. Along with a refund for the amount of $120 which they had already taken. NO response. Thanks to usacomplaints. Coms filed by other individuals I did find a phone number for UTalk and when I called they told me I would need to call back as they were "updating" their system. I requested to speak to a manager and was transferred to Kim Hathaway. Ms. Hathaway indicated she would forward my complaint/request to the corporate office however I should also mail a request to them @ P.O. Box 18434 in Las Vegas, Nevada 89114-8434. I have no idea on how they got my checking account number but obviously it wasn't too difficult. I am still waitng for a refund!!!
