Doorbuster deals on Black friday is a total Scam

I placed a order on Blackfriday at 12:00 AM for Dell Inspiron 14z (regular price $599), door buster deal was $299, also got an confirmation email. After 1 week i get a mail from dell that my order has be replaced by Inspiron 15 (regular price $350). When i contacted dell support they said that they cannot give me 14z as it is sold out, support were rude to me and said that they cannot help me, either i have to take that 15 or they will cancel the order. I tried to convience them that if they had cancelled my order on the same day i placed the order i would have bought the laptop from other places as so many laptop deals were going on black friday and cyber monday, but they wont listen.
This is last time i am buying anything from dell. I always thought that dell was a relaible company with strong ethics, but i was wrong. They spoiled my thanksgiving: (.
