The customer service person "Dolanda" was so rude in the way she delivered the message

I named the organization assistance to stop a purchase on April 15. They explained the purchase is likely to be ended. But on April 16th they call-in and state they cant stop the cargo Since The product was delivered on April 15. And so I keep these things solve this by spending the return delivery charge. They downright explained, it had been their error plus they informed me "WHY DON'T YOU" I base the statement, since it was my error to call-in the final moment and stop the purchase. The client support individual "Dolanda" was so rude in the manner she sent the concept.
