I will never purchase anything from this company again

Internet & Web

I requested some vehicle pads, as well as their email reputation mentioned they'd deliver them on April 25th. On Wednesday, April 20th, my partner shocked me having a group of vehicle pads, therefore in the beginning Friday, April 21st, I named to determine easily might stop the purchase. The very first person I talked to stated she believed I really could and had me talk to their delivery division in case. That each also stated he'd make certain the purchase was ended. On Saturday, April 23rd, I obtained an email communication declaring the purchase had DELIVERED. I attempted to contact them, but I obtained a telephone communication declaring their practices were shut but I really could call-back during regular business hours of 8-to-5 ET Monday through Friday. I reside in La, 8-to-5 eastern period is 5am to 2pm. Exactly what a laugh.

Used to do have the ability to deliver an email, but after 5 emails I had been informed that I really could not return the things or decline the cargo, but when I destroyed the carpeted auto pads (all 4 of these) and delivered them an electronic image demonstrating these were ruined, they'd be happy to reimbursement me 50% of the price. ARE THEY KIDDING!

I've submitted a using the Better Business Institution and am expecting the outcomes.

Bottom-line - i'll never buy anything from the corporation again, and that i strongly suggest you do exactly the same.
