When you sign their terms of service, in bad english, it pretty much says that you can be charged whatever amount for whatever time. I cancelled service, and 45 days after they said it won't be cancelled because they require a 30 days notice (which takes 15 hours to fill out) before I attempt to cancel.

Their collections department call me, and say I have to pay up. I say I don't. They said they'll forward this to the Federal government, and gave the vibe that I will be arrested.

I am calling the police on them. This has gone too far.
