Worst purchasing experience. I put a boot purchase on 10/5. No update towards the purchase till 10/11. Named customer support on 10/11 and was informed, them "may" have delivered, but, standing not updated within their balances and recommended to hold back till 10/24 for cargo to reach. Tested standing on 10/20 and find out the purchase continues to be terminated on 10/13 with no mail notice for cause of termination. I had been not billed for that purchase however.

Them I'd requested confirmed open to purchase again on 10/20. Positioned a brand new purchase so that as of today (10/25) looks I'll be going right through the exact same again:-)

Named customer support on 10/25 who'd no idea that which was happening using the purchases. Awaiting some solutions...
