Overcharged on a few items, they won't issue partial refund

Overcharged on the few products, they wont matter partial reimbursement simply because they blame "transformation variations" which is really a complete cop-out. The total amount they got out-of my Paypal bill is significantly greater than the total amount that turned up on my unique bill equally in USD.
