Not happy with Everbuying at all

I taken care of my items $ 44.42 and were dropped, today Everbuying wishes me to pay for $ 20 to become resent!!! And based on Customer Support, it had been my problem the items got dropped. Bear in mind, create all your complains with Paypal or you'll be losing you cash using the "free delivery". Unhappy with Everbuying at-all : (
